Title A name given to the resource نحو مقاييس الجودة العملية التعليمية كمؤشرات لضمان الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي في ليبيا دراسة حالة على جامعة سرت" Description An account of the resource إن من أهم وظائف التعليم العالي الاهتمام بالعملية التعليمية والقيام بها كونها من أهم معايير ضمان الجودة. موضوع هذا البحث ينبني على اعتبار أن جودة العملية التعليمية في مؤسسة التعليم العالي بمكوناتها المختلفة هي نتاج ومؤشر رئيس لضمان الجودة في المؤسسة. يهدف هذا البحث الى الوصول الى مؤشرات لمدى تطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي من خلال مقاييس جودة العملية التعليمية ومكوناتها وذلك باتخاذ جامعة سرت كنموذج نمطي لمؤسسات التعليم العالي في البلاد. للوصول الى هذا الهدف العام تم دراسة مقاييس اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس من خلال عينة تم سحبها من مجتمع الدراسة المتمثل في أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة للفصل الدراسي ربيع 2019-2018، وقد خلص البحث الى وجود قصور عام و بين في معظم مكونات العملية التعليمية ويتضح ذلك في النتيجة العامة لاتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس مع وجود فوارق، وقد يعزى هذا القصور الى الامكانات المادية والبشرية و أو ربما الى السياسات الادارية والتنفيذية والرقابية للمؤسسة.
